AutoShip is a convenient subscription service offered by Toronto Pets to all of our customers, allowing you to schedule automatic deliveries of your pet supplies at your chosen frequency.
Simply select the items you need and proceed checkout, choose how often you'd like them delivered, and enjoy hassle-free deliveries right to your doorstep.
You'll never run out of essentials again, and you can easily manage, modify, or cancel your AutoShip orders at any time through your account settings.

Shipping
At Toronto Pets we are now happy to offer FREE same-day local delivery for all online dog supplies and cat supplies orders over $49+
All orders placed before 1pm will arrive same-day, and an order placed after 1pm, will arrive the next day between 2pm - 5pm.
If your order is below $49, we still offer same-day delivery for a fee or you can schedule a delivery at a time and date that is convenient for you, at checkout.
Once an order is placed, you will be continuously updated, via text message, throughout the process until your pet supplies order arrives at your door.

If you have scheduled a delivery time when the order will arrive within that specific time window.

As of right now, we deliver all dog supplies and cat supplies available on the Toronto Pets store online across the entire Greater Toronto Area.

At this point we only service customers located in the city of Toronto as well as the GTA.
We may be able to deliver outside of Toronto depending on the location, but there could be an added delivery fee.

Store Pick-up
All in-store pick up orders will be available for pick up at the Toronto Pets retail location located at:
1950 Avenue Rd, North York, ON M5M 4A1
Between the hours of 12pm - 6pm local Toronto time.
If you are unable to make it to pick up your order within 72 hours or if you need to change or alter your order in anyway please contact us at your earliest convenience.
Yes! It absolutely can be. If you have placed your order before 1pm local time in Toronto, then your in-store pick up order will be ready for a same-day pick up.
If you cannot pick it up same-day, the order will be ready and waiting for you at the store for up to 72 hours.
Please check your email for your order updates and Toronto Pets will let you know as soon as your in-store order is ready for pick up and contact us if you have any issues or need to alter your order whatsoever.
Loyalty & Rewards FAQs
To sign-up for the 'Toronto Pets Loyalty Points' program to start earning points on every purchase, simply sign-in to your Toronto Pets account using the 'account' button which is in the top right corner.
Then, using the 'rewards' widget at the bottom right of the screen, view your account.
Once your Toronto Pets account is opened & linked, you will be able to access your Toronto Pets rewards dashboard and start earning points on every purchase!
Loyalty points are earned through all online & in-store purchases.
Loyalty points are redeemable on all online & in-store purchases.
Once you complete an online order, you can check your 'Rewards Dashboard' located in the bottom right hand of the screen to view your points balance.
'Frequent Buyer' rewards are handled on a case by case basis. If you are curious about your progress on a specific product, please come visit us in-store or email us.
Points are accumulated on every purchase made and can be used on any online or in-store purchase through Toronto Pets.
